Trid\u00e8nte Metodo Classico, aged 36 months on the lees, zero dosage, served with 36\u2011month Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P. shavings and fragrant artisanal streghette: our welcome to prepare you for the journey through the historic vintages of the two Fondatori lines.<\/p>

A selection of artisanal products and Slow Food Presidia that express identity and tradition.<\/p>

    • Squacquerone D.O.P. from our hills on rustic Romagna bread, crowned with caramelise figs<\/li>
