An immersive journey into the heart of our winery, among tanks, barriques and the spaces where our wines take shape. The tour concludes with a tasting of the Classics line: Trideo Sparkling Pignoletto, Trideo Fermo Pignoletto, Petali di Viola Sangiovese Superiore

The tasting is enriched by regional excellences: Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P., Squacquerone di Romagna D.O.P., Pecorino nostrano; Salame romagnolo, Salsiccia Passita romagnola, Mortadella Bologna I.G.P.; Pane casereccio di Romagna.

An experience designed for those who want to discover Merlotta from within: the places, the people and the philosophy behind our wines. The tasting of the Classics expresses the warmest and most convivial side of our identity.
