A guided tasting journey that reveals the identity of our wines, presented where they are born. The experience includes an introduction to the estate and a selection of wines paired with gastronomic specialties from the Imola area. At the end, our wine shop is available for purchasing the wines tasted and continuing the experience at home.

An immersive itinerary through vineyards, cellars and glasses, experiencing Merlotta from origin to tasting. The tour includes an introduction to the estate, a walk through the vineyards, a visit to the cellars and a guided tasting of our wines paired with local specialties. The tasting is enriched by regional excellences: Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P., Squacquerone di Romagna D.O.P., Pecorino nostrano; Salame romagnolo, Salsiccia Passita romagnola, Mortadella Bologna I.G.P.; Pane casereccio di Romagna. At the end, the wine shop is available for purchasing the wines tasted.
The thematic experiences can be booked exclusively for groups of 12 to 24 people, from Monday to Friday at 20:30 p.m. With the arrival of the warm season, our outdoor spaces allow for experiences with no limit on participants, immersed in the quiet of our vineyards.
The “Percorsi Merlotta” were created from the desire to narrate our wines through experiences that blend authenticity, research, and sensitivity. Each proposal highlights the identity of our labels, the story that shaped them, and their deep connection to the land. An invitation to discover wine as an expression of time, care, and vision.
Each path offers the chance to approach wine with awareness, exploring vintages, interpretations, and evolutions that reveal ever‑new nuances. A way to experience the cellar with depth and attentiveness, letting every glass become a story.
The tastings are complemented by artisanal culinary selections from the Romagna tradition, crafted to enhance each glass with authenticity and balance.
