Vinification

After a meticulous selection in the vineyard and a careful manual harvest, the grapes are gently destemmed, then undergo maceration and fermentation for about 30 days. The pomace is then gently pressed. Only after 12 months of maturation in cement tanks can this wine express its richness and soft elegance, after which it is blended with previous vintages. Bottled unfiltered.

ASPECT

Intense ruby red

Aroma

Very intense and complex, with notes of dried violets, black pepper, cinchona, and juniper berries, with hints of roasted coffee, chocolate, tobacco, and leather.

Taste

Great structure and a decidedly bold character, powerful yet harmonious, with evident notes of red fruits in alcohol (plums and cherries) and hints of rhubarb.
