A tasting experience that, following a visit to the cellar, offers a blind tasting of five wines selected from the Merlotta collection, presented in sequence as episodes to be discovered without preconceptions, guided solely by perception, intuition, and curiosity.

The tasting is enriched by artisanal culinary selections from the Romagna tradition.

Five wines, no labels: a journey that frees the senses

Tridènte Metodo Classico, aged 36 months on the lees with zero dosage and served with 36‑month Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P. shavings and fragrant artisanal streghette, offers an opening gesture that awakens the senses and introduces the blind‑tasting experience.

Pairings with local excellences

A selection of artisanal products and Slow Food Presidia that express identity and tradition.

  • Farmer’s board from Romagna, featuring artisanal cured meats and cheeses from our hills
  • Fusillo romagnolo with Apennine porcini mushrooms, crispy pancetta, 36-month aged Parmesan fondue, and Coccapane olive oil
  • Fine cacao selections for signature chocolates, from milk to dark, by Gardini
  • Small artisanal shortcrust tart with local berry jam, paired with the final wine to be discovered


Available exclusively for groups of 12 to 24 people, Monday to Friday at 8:30 p.m. During the warm season, our outdoor spaces allow for experiences with no limit on participants, immersed in the quiet of our vineyards.
